Mother Hubbard discovered

Lentilicious saved the day

I just got back from a week in Sydney and no food in the house so what were we going to have for dinner??? Luckily I had 2 packs of Lentilicious in the cupboard and some veges in the fridge so I roasted some cauliflower, pumpkin, sweet potato and zucchini and served them with the Lentilicious and some plain yoghurt, chutney and pappadams and in 40 minutes food was on the table.

Lentilicious is the wonderful creation by Sharna Gleeson and Anthea Packshaw from North Coast NSW. If you haven’t already guessed Lentilicious are lentils with herbs and spices. All you need to do is add water and cook for 25-30 minutes. They have Coconut Fusion, Lime Time, Turmeric, Red Chilli and Mediterranean. So easy, so delicious, so healthy and so convenient. Go to their website for stockists and if you don’t live anywhere near the stockists contact Causleys Deli in Yamba and they will send it to you. Enjoy.
